Also, think about what an admission it would be for BD to suspend two players.....
1st, it would send the message that he was a cheater; 2nd it would give the impression that he was gaming the NCAA to lessen the blow, insinuate fewer players were involved than actually were etc; 3rd if you were one of the good players who wasn't hooked up with an agent you might have your feels hurt.

The BOT at UNC sure didn't hear Vitale and Golic on the radio this morning stating that these players have to know right from wrong and are personally responsible for whatever happens to them, their family and their school. In a way I hope they try to sue the agent -I'm sure he will bring down Blake, Davis and the rest of the crooks over there with him. Even Baddour might not remain unscathed along Roy and his boys. Will be checking into Blake and Balmer having the same agent as well as Bullock spending weeks at the house of Stackhouse.

Basically, a caller suggested that UNC should sue the agent for bribery and TZ said he had a strong source that something like that was being looked into and that the BOT was meeting and he thought it highly likely that topic would be discussed.

The Carolina Media will basically use the partial truth that the NCAA turns a cheek to cheating to make the case that their Association ‘enabled’ these Carolina players and allowed the agents to tempt the Carolina players and ignored their advances towards college players.

So MA could have had a pre-existing relationship with the Davis family that might have made this entire trip for MA not a violation of NCAA rules. It is possible at least if it was Davis' who paid for the trip.

Accourding to this, Vernon Davis is with LMM Sports Management. However, I think he has since switched. I'm not sure. His brother is with Todd France at France Athlete Management Enterprises.

I'll let it slide for the DC trip. However, even if he paid for the Aquagirls trip, Little and Burney were there too. Neither of them have prior relationships with Davis (if he paid for the team field trip).

^Little has problems obviously. I don't think it is verified that Burney was there. The picture pool side was supposedly from Vegas. Have you verified it another way?(I wouldn't doubt it).

Newsflash: I can 110% promise that every single season at least once, if not more often, the coaches warn the players of numerous things; taking gifts from agents, taking gifts from alumni, getting frisky with gals who could be setting them up (from other schools to get team/game/playbook info, to making them their baby-daddy because they may be rich someday, etc & so forth), to being careful of who wants to be their friends, etc etc etc.
I know they do, I had a son that played college ball.
For the BOT or anyone else to blame anyone but the players themselves is a crock.

I don't think UNC would dare sue because then the agent(s) would be motivated to find and expose additional information to undermine UNC's credibility (e.g. the existence of Santa Claus).
